SPECIFIC REGULATIONS
ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZATION
The Classic Beograd-Čačak is organized by Cycling team Borac Čačak,
under the regolations of the International Cycling Union. It is to be held on
17.05.2008.
ARTICLE 2. TYPE OF EVENT
The event is open to athletes of the Men Elite and Under 23 categories. The event is
entered on the UCI Europe Tour calendar and is registered as a class 2 event. In
conformity with the UCI rules, points are awarded as follows for the UCI Continental Men Elite and Under 23 ranking: 40; 30; 16; 12; 10; 8; 6; 3 for the first 8 riders in the final classification
ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATION
As per article 2.2.005 of the UCI regulations, the event is open to the following teams: UCI Continental Team, National Team, Regional or Club Team.
As per article 2.2.003 of UCI regulations, teams must be formed of minimum 4 and maximum
6 riders.
ARTICLE 4. RACE HEADQUARTERS
Team representatives are reqested to confirm their starters and collect their race numbers at
the race headquarters from 08:00h to 09:30h on the HOTEL SLAVIJA, Beograd, Svetog
Save str. 2.
The team managers' meeting , organized in accordance with article 1.2.087 of the UCI
regulations, in the presence of the Members of the Commissaires' Panel, is scheudled for 10:00h at RACE HEADQUARTERS LOCATION.
ARTICLE 5. RADIO - TOUR
Race information will be broadcast on the "Radio Tour". Organizer will distribute UHF
stations at Race HQ.
ARTICLE 6. NEUTRAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The organizers will provide neutral mehanic support ( 3 vehicles ).
ARTICLE 7. FINISHING TIME LIMITS
Any rider finishing in a time exceeding that of the winner by more than 5% shall not be
placed. The time limit may, in excptional circumstances, be increased by the Commissaires' Panel in agreement with organizer.

ARTICLE 9. ANTIDOPING
The UCI antidoping regulations are entirely applicable to the event.
The antidoping tests will take place at the end of Race.
ARTICLE 10. AWARDS CEREMONY
In accordance with article 1.2.112 of the UCI rules, the following riders must attend the
official awards ceremony:
The first 3 riders of the event
The riders will present themselves at the podium in a time limit of maximum 10 minutes after crossing the finish line.
ARTICLE 11. PENALTIES
The UCI penalty scale is the only one applicable.

Cycling club BIKE CRVENA ZVEZDA
Race route: Start of the race in the center of Belgrade, Finish in the center of Cacak. Length of the route is 140km, mostly flat with one ascent of 3km on the 100th km from start.
Prices: According to the UCI regulative for the race rank 1.2.
Technical meeting: Saturday 17/05/08 at 10 AM in Belgrade.
Technical regulation: According to the UCI regulative for the race rank 1.2.
Organizers will provide: Organizing of the race, prices and one room and board after the race for competitors of the street race which will happen on 18/05/08.
Note: On Friday 16/05/08 at 6:00 PM, BK BIKE CRVENA ZVEZDA organize a street races in Belgrade. On Sunday 18/05/08 at 11 AM, BK BORAC organize a street races in Cacak Regarding on the 600th anniversary of Cacak, it will be declared a winner of the Trophy of Cacak, which will be selected by special scoring of CLASIC Belgrade-Cacak race and street race in Cacak.
